Yes, you may not want to record every case, but you can still use the headlight and the TitanX400 while not connected to the HDC300 surgical camera system.

Due to the complex nature of the surgical site, autofocus technology struggles to look past all the movements taking place and can focus on the surgeons hands or instrumentation, instead of the procedure.
