The Adson Elevator is used to separate or lift tissue from the bone. The Adson Elevator is used in ENT, plastic and reconstructive surgery, oral and maxillofacial and orthopaedic surgery. The Adson Elevator has a flat, slightly curved tip, allowing it to slide under tissue without cutting.
