Our Gland Packing Extractors, featuring removable tips, have been designed to make the removal of old packing as easy as possible. The sharp corkscrew design, long flexible shaft, T-shaped handle, and range of sizes create maximum accessibility and optimum extraction, even in hard-to-reach areas.
The removeable tip design, sometimes referred to as R type, R pattern or TRACR, allows for maximum efficiency as only the tip needs replacing when it ages from removing old packing. The Gland Packing Extractors with a removeable tip design come in four sizes: Number 1, Number 2, Number 3, Number 4 and a set of all 4, available in complete or tip only.
