The Watson Cheyne Dissector is mainly used for blunt and fine dissection of soft tissue. The Watson Cheyne Dissector is used primarily in Otolaryngology but also sometimes in maxillofacial surgery. The Watson Cheyne Dissector is double ended allows the surgeon to alternate between blunt and angled dissection without changing instruments.
